—Ava Community Energy
PROBLEM
More is Not More
Ava Community Energy had just completed a renaming and rebranding effort—and the time had come to showcase those efforts online. Their goal was to explain a particularly complex mission to a broad audience, reorganize content to make their services easier to discover and understand, boost flagging user engagement, and introduce new functions to better serve both their users and staff—all while bringing their new brand identity to life!
SOLUTION
Simplify and Shine
A comprehensive content audit led to a major restructuring and rewriting of the site, eliminating redundant and outdated content. Project6 then crafted a sleek, user-friendly layout that reflected Ava’s refreshed brand language, incorporating a rich library of authentic local imagery. The site was built on WordPress, replacing outdated legacy tools with a more intuitive content management system that makes editing and updates simple and flexible. To enhance the user experience, we also fine-tuned a robust search tool, ensuring users could easily find the information they needed.
RESULT
Power and Performance
Ava individual and business consumers now have fast access to critical functions—like modifying their service—as well as the opportunity to search a database of rebates, learn more about clean energy practices, and engage in public meetings. The site is modern, authentic, responsive, accessible, and ready for future evolution.
